There are a number of factors to consider before implementing pre-trip approval, the panel share best practice on this topic. There can be many reasons for wanting to implement pre-trip approval but it can have unintended consequences – traveller and approver dissatisfaction, additional administration, problems ensuring approvals are given within a reasonable timescale.
